We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting services hosted in the UAE region due to an infrastructure outage in the underlying cloud provider.

As a result, some users in this region may be unable to access certain features, including trading and account-related functions.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will restore full functionality as soon as the affected infrastructure becomes available again.
